By accessing the FermiTron website and its digital infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms of Use. These terms exclusively govern your public domain interactions. Commercial hardware manufacturing engagements and confidentiality boundaries are governed separately under our Terms and Conditions of Sale & Service and Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (MNDA).

## 2. Intellectual Property Rights

All text, graphics, logos, and custom code on the FermiTron domain are the exclusive intellectual property of FermiTron, Inc. Visitors are granted a limited, non-exclusive license strictly to navigate the site to evaluate our electronic design and PCBA manufacturing services.
